Do I need my own instrument?
To receive the lesson at your home, you need an instrument, feel free to message us should you need recommendations; we are more than happy to advise you.
If you prefer to have a lesson at the Teacher’s place, you would need an instrument at home to practice what you learnt, but you don’t necessarily need a piano as soon as you start.
Where will the lessons take place?
Either at your place or the Teacher’s, or another agreed location, our teachers are spread across London.
How much will lessons cost?
Our lesson fees vary depending on the teacher’s experience and qualifications, lesson duration, and your learning goals, including any specific requirements such as exam preparation. Please get in touch to discuss your needs, and we’ll be happy to provide a personalised quote.
Do I need to commit to a certain number of lessons?
Lessons are booked and paid for one term at a time. Before each term begins, we’ll send you the lesson dates for confirmation, followed by the total fee to be paid in advance.
Cancelled lessons are non-refundable. However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative date, subject to availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
I cannot make a scheduled lesson, how do I cancel?
Please message the school as soon as you know you cannot attend. With at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative date, subject to availability. Cancelled lessons are non-refundable, and lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled.
Do you prepare for ABRSM and Trinity grades?
Our team has plenty of experience with piano grades and can guide you if you want to take exams or prepare for competitions.
What is the cancellation policy?

A refund will only be issued if your teacher cancels the lesson and the school does not provide a substitute teacher. All other cancellations are non-refundable.
